Verizon only has V3C (without memory card ) or V3M with a trans flash card for muzic there’s no V3i
I can tell u this much they suck in many ways, I would not be surprised if “Verizon +Motorola ” would have another law suit pending like they had before with Moto V710 , class lawsuit where every customer did get a brand new phn for free plus credit to their bill. You might wanna call Motorola direct to inquire about ur razor they might have more info like a free software flash . If that doesn’t work don’t give up u should demand “Verizon ” to let u terminate the acc without termination fee or they have something it’s called “3 times strike fru policy, where Verizon would be replacing ur phn (with refurbished ones 3times if that phn is still under warranty -it’s normally 12 mos) and must not have any watter or phizical damage and 4rth time they have to give you a totally brand knew phn compatible with ur razor at no cost…. and the phn can be replaced 3 times in a mos just to get to the new phn. Hope things work out for u
