Question by Noemie: Why has my Droid Incredible by HTC been losing battery life so soon lately?
My mobile phone has been working without major complications until just recently. Three days ago I realized my mobile phone has been losing most of it’s battery life within one hour and now it’s been taking much longer for my phone to fully charge.

I do have ‘Advanced Task Kill’ installed, which is a program that kills all the activated applications, but even using that no longer works properly. When I select, “Kill selected apps”, it kills the apps, then within three seconds the apps reappear as activated.

I’m not sure about the “app kille” you mentioned, but there are a number of things you can do to prolong you battery. Make sure the brightness is turned as dark as you can stand it, make sure the blue-tooth or wifi or hotspot isn’t turned on when you don’t need it. After doing all that, if it still keeps failing so soon, I’d take it back to the store or send it back to your carrier and have them run a diagnostic check on it to see if maybe you need a replacement battery.
