Features
For general home/ home office use this printer has everything you should need . The color copier can be used without turning on your  computer  , and the  machine  can be connected via usb or the  ever popular  (if you have a small desk) wireless function, allowing you to  place  the printer away from the main pc. You can control the printer with the touchscreen and this is very easy to use .

  How does it perform 
Now the performance (the bit that generally makes me dislike Lexmark printers). The scanner is average for the price of a £39 machine ,  however  this machine is  around  £99,  with photo scanning a particular dissapointment.  It is fairly easy to use, but I didn’t want to!  . Printing wise (shock horror), things are  better  ! The machine gave much better results than I expected from a Lexmark printer . Text was dark and sharp but photos also  were  darker than  they should have been  . 

Ease of use
 Can’f fault this part (darn), the screen does make ease of use a sinch  .

 Worth the dosh? 
 Features and the screen are the good points  for this Lexmark printer and it is competitively priced compared to its  competitors  . But ( there had to be a but  ) the Lexmark Interact S605  Is still  poor (according to me)  in terms of quality compared to the Canon, HP’s and Epson’s of this world.

 To sum up 

A fair priced machine with good features, but print quality is still poor ,  and I guess that’s what it’s all about  .
