no discounts at all”. it took them 2 hours to try and figure out what i was doing. they said i couldn’t leave the store with out a plan on the phone. i told them i have a plan already they still didn’t know what to do. the manager even failed. in the end a portly Hispanic gentleman only 6 months on fix the issue and i got to leave with a phone but not with out carrying out a huge disappointed feeling about Verizon’s Competency

I called them today and they told me i would have to change it to the 29.99 a month data plan because the smart phone plan and the regular phone internet is different. i think there full of it but idk!
